We talk a lot about the glory of God, especially during this time of year – but what is glory?  The glory of God is the weight of God’s presence and the light of God’s being.  This is what we’ll be exploring during the season of Advent this year, as we begin with the story of a baby named Ichabod, meaning ‘no glory,’ and move to another baby called Immanuel, God with us! Books will be available for pickup on Sunday, November 23. You can also sign up for daily emails.

Wednesday, December 10 at 6:30PM

This season is filled with bright lights, merry greetings, and lots of laughs. Yet, for many, it is also filled with an empty seat at the table, grief, and pain. We invite all who seek the light of Christ and the hope that comes with it to join us for this sacred time to worship together with prayer, lament, and hearing a word that can bring hope.

Sunday, December 14 at 8:30 & 11:15AM

This special musical service will take place in the Sanctuary during Traditional Worship services. As part of Northside’s 75th anniversary year, this special Festival Choir presentation will feature the Christmas portion of Handel’s Messiah, telling the story of Christ’s birth through some of the most beautiful and timeless music ever written.

Come worship at 10, 12, or 2 for our family service. This will be a service perfect for worshippers of all ages. Carols, candlelight and the story of the birth of our Lord. Your family also has the opportunity to enjoy our Christmas animals before and after the services.

Come worship at 4:00 for our contemporary service. Carols with our band, candlelight and the story of the birth of our Lord will prepare your heart for this holy occasion. Your family also has the opportunity to enjoy our Christmas animals before the service.

Come worship at 6:00PM for our traditional service. Carols with our choir, candlelight and the story of the birth of our Lord will prepare your heart for this holy occasion.

Enjoy the fun and joy that animals bring to children and adults alike during the Christmas season from 9:30AM to 4:30PM.
