Please note this form applies for church staff as well as outside groups. For general inquiries from outside groups desiring to use our building, please email Facilities@NorthsideUMC.org.
Before you fill out the form, please 1) use your ACS app or Access ACS to verify that your desired space is available AND 2) be prepared to upload a simple drawing of your desired room set up (table, chair, podium, etc. configuration).
